This Shipping and Returns Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and handled by Rebel Goose Books Inc. when you make a purchase directly through rebelgoosebooks.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

All physical books purchased from our website are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are shown during the ordering process and may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select. We do our best to process orders promptly, but shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, high seasonal volumes, or factors outside our control. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order has shipped. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery falls to the carrier and delays at that stage are not within our control.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the issue so we can assess the problem. In these cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we will provide a refund instead. We cannot replace items that were damaged after delivery or due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

We accept returns only for purchases made directly from our website. To qualify for a return, the book must be in unused, original condition and must be shipped back to us within thirty days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we sent you a damaged or incorrect item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds generally take between five and ten business days to appear on your statement.

Preorders placed on our website may be cancelled at any time before the item ships. Once the preorder has shipped, it is treated like any regular order under this policy. Digital products, including downloads, PDFs, and audio files, are delivered electronically and are considered final sale once delivered. They cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for books purchased from bookstores, online retailers, or any third party that is not our official website. If you purchased your book elsewhere, you must contact that retailer directly. Items that are signed, personalized, discounted, or part of a special sale are not eligible for return.

To start a return or report a damaged or incorrect item, you may email us at honk@rebelgoosebooks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We will provide the return address and further instructions once we have reviewed your request.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable laws. The most recent version will always appear on this page.
