Tombolo Kids Art Gallery Book - Digital Download Only

$0.00

In 2025, Rebel Goose Books was proud to sponsor the Tombolo Pop-Up Children’s Art Gallery in Vancouver. As part of this work, we created a limited-edition book featuring artwork from the show. A small print run was made available through our website, with 100% of proceeds donated to the Friends of the Vancouver Public Library.

At Rebel Goose, we believe publishing is not only about the books we release. It is also about showing up for the communities that shape them. This book was the first in a series of community projects where we donated our time, labour, and resources to celebrate local creativity and support organizations doing meaningful work for kids and families.

Note: The print edition is now sold out. To keep the artwork accessible, we offer a free digital edition. If you enjoy the book, please consider supporting Friends of the Vancouver Public Library.

About Tombolo Children’s Art Gallery

Tombolo was created by local illustrator Anita Cheung and experiential designer Ryleah Resler, two friends turned collaborators who believe children’s art deserves its own stage. Together they bring to life a pop-up children’s gallery and storybook-style museum where kids’ imagination leads the way. Each year, Tombolo transforms a home or studio into a whimsical world filled with colour, creativity and artwork by children, a space where families, young artists and grown-ups reconnect with the magic of play and creative expression.

Praise for the Tombolo Event

“Cheung is known for her whimsical illustrations, while Resler's knack for transforming spaces into sensory playgrounds makes the pair the ideal duo for building an art experience that’s equal parts gallery, playground, and daydream.”—Georgia Straight

“Extremely adorable”—Vancouver Magazine

“It’s an experience that sparks wonder at any age.”—YVR Magazine

“With Anita and Ryleah being incredible creatives themselves, this is a really special opportunity to bring a wider community of art lovers young and grown together. “—Vita Magazine
